Contacts Backup · Last updated July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Contacts Backup app. They supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Contacts Backup lets you back up, restore, clean up, sync, and transfer the contacts on your device. Core capabilities include local backups, Google ↔ iPhone contact sync, QR-code transfers, and VCF import/export. You remain the owner of your contact data at all times; the app never removes data you haven't explicitly asked it to remove.
Contacts Backup Pro unlocks: two-way Google ↔ iPhone contact sync, unlimited QR transfers (send and receive), VCF export and import, mass delete, and auto-scheduled backups. The free tier includes browsing and searching contacts, manual backups and restores, and deleting contacts one at a time. Feature availability may evolve; we won't remove access to data you already have.
Google contact sync uses Google's services under your own Google account and is subject to Google's terms. Transfers temporarily use our cloud storage solely to deliver your file. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The app is provided "as is". While backups and syncs are designed to be safe and non-destructive, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
